Responsibilities * Provide information and guidance regarding our English programs. * Follow up with prospective students and clients. * Support the enrollment process and customer service. * Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Technical or university studies (completed, incomplete, or ongoing). * Experience in sales, telemarketing, or call centers (preferred). * Basic Excel proficiency. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude.
