Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team, optimize sales processes, and ensure achievement of targets in a company specializing in gastronomic equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the sales team and optimize sales processes. 2. Design and implement innovative commercial strategies. 3. Coordinate with Marketing and Production to ensure customer satisfaction. A Peruvian company with over 12 years in the market, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of grills, artisanal ovens, and stainless-steel gastronomic equipment, is currently seeking a **Sales Manager**. The selected candidate will be responsible for **leading the sales team, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring achievement of the company’s commercial objectives**. We seek a candidate with experience managing sales teams, results orientation, and the ability to develop sales strategies. **Main Responsibilities** * Achieve and ensure achievement of departmental sales targets. * Design and implement commercial strategies to increase sales and market share. * Monitor management indicators and report results to Management. * Supervise follow-up of prospects and commercial opportunities. * Coordinate with Marketing on lead-generation initiatives. * Prepare commercial proposals, technical specifications, and commercial layouts using Adobe Illustrator. * Coordinate with Production to ensure proper fulfillment of customer requirements. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Management or Commercial Leadership roles. * Experience leading sales teams. * Proficiency in commercial metrics (KPIs), CRM systems, and sales management. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. * Familiarity with reading and preparing commercial or technical drawings is desirable. * Experience in industrial, metal-mechanical, or gastronomic equipment companies is desirable. * Leadership, negotiation, planning, and results-oriented capabilities. **Conditions** * Work modality: On-site * Location: Lima * Employment type: Full-time * Base salary + commissions / bonuses for target achievement **Application** Interested candidates must attach: * Updated CV * Evidence of experience leading sales teams Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,700.00 per month Application question(s): * How many people have you managed in a sales team? * Which commercial indicators do you use to measure team performance? * Do you have experience working with monthly sales targets? * Our company manufactures customized grills and gastronomic equipment.
