




**Requirements:** * Degree in Administration, Marketing or Health-related fields. * Desirable diploma in commercial management, strategic marketing or sales management. * Client portfolio desirable. * Three years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales within the healthcare sector (DESIRABLE). * Experience leading sales teams (DESIRABLE). * Knowledge of public and private healthcare markets. * Knowledge of public and private health tenders. **Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am\- 6 pm / Saturdays: 8 am\- 1 pm **Responsibilities:** * Design and execute the strategic sales plan. * Set sales targets and budgets aligned with company objectives. * Analyze market trends and competition. * Prepare sales forecasts and profitability reports. * Supervise, train and motivate the sales team. * Coordinate promotional activities, trade fairs and technical demonstrations. * Develop strong business relationships. * Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and Good Commercial Practices in the healthcare sector. * Leadership, effective communication and negotiation skills.
