Effective and efficient resource management to ensure profitability We are currently looking for two **Slot Machine Hall Managers** for our slot machine hall in the district of **Rímac**. **Requirements:** * Experience in slot machine gaming halls. (mandatory) * Residency in adjacent districts. * Customer service orientation * Intermediate-level office software proficiency. * Experience supervising work teams. * Knowledge of operational processes, budgets, procedures, and performance indicators. * Experience in cash reconciliation, cash counting, cash handling, teller operations, etc. * Experience managing personnel. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * High level of leadership. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the organization's expected profitability by effectively and efficiently managing the hall's available resources. * Participate in monitoring the hall's performance and implementing required action plans to achieve established hall objectives. * Supervise all activities and procedural compliance within the hall. * Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of responsibilities. **Work Schedule:** * Rotating shifts of 8 hours + 1-hour break, Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week * **1st shift:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **2nd shift:** 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM **We Offer:** * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly payments. * Pleasant working environment.
