Job Summary: PUMA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to monitor sales metrics, analyze customers and competitors, coordinate training programs, and support team development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and achieve sales targets together with the store manager. 2. Analyze customer profiles and trends to guide business operations. 3. Support recruitment and team development. At PUMA, we are looking for our next: **Assistant Store Manager \- Lambramani Outlet** **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with the store manager to review daily sales actions and metrics, ensuring achievement of store budget targets. * Collaborate with the store manager to analyze customer profiles, purchasing trends, and competitor information to influence and direct business strategy. * Coordinate, together with the store manager and Operations department, employee training programs to foster a customer service culture. * Assist the store manager in recruitment, onboarding, development, and succession planning for store staff. * Ensure compliance with established store processes and procedures (e.g., opening/closing, sales management, inventory/warehouse management), in alignment with PUMA’s objectives. **Requirements** * 2–4 years of prior experience in similar roles. * Proven ability to understand business KPIs and lead teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
