




Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Coordinator to lead operations, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence and store presentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead strategies to boost sales. 2. Responsible for store presentation and cleanliness. 3. Manage store personnel and resources. We are Calzados Azaleia Perú S.A., and we are looking for the best talent for the position of **Store Coordinator \- Pucallpa Branch.** **Conditions:** * Payroll with all benefits from day one. * Location: CC Real Plaza Pucallpa * Schedule: 9:45 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (5 working days and 2 days off) **Responsibilities:** * Propose and formulate strategies to boost store sales. * Responsible for store presentation, maintaining a high standard of order and cleanliness, safeguarding the company's reputation. * Responsible for opening and closing the store within the company-established working hours. * Responsible for company resources, including fixed assets and inventory. * Must assign specific work tasks to each salesperson. * Must personally sell and assist store sales staff in customer service when necessary, directing public consumption toward new products. * Responsible for managing and controlling petty cash. * Monitor footwear stock in the store warehouse. * Organize and execute in-store merchandise inventory. * Evaluate the performance of assigned personnel. * Responsible for processing leave slips, banked hours, overtime, and vacation requests. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Experience performing the above responsibilities (minimum 1 year). * Sales experience (mandatory). * Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge. * Immediate availability to start work.
