Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager to lead sales teams, manage operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and optimize store profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives. 2. Ensure outstanding customer service and a differentiated shopping experience. 3. Analyze sales and performance to improve store profitability. TIENDAS JUMI, a leading home goods retail company in the southern region of the country, is currently seeking: STORE MANAGER * Perform store opening and closing procedures. * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve commercial sales targets. * Monitor inventory levels, maintenance, and functionality of store assets, and request repairs in case of malfunctions. * Ensure outstanding customer service and a differentiated shopping experience. * Supervise and coordinate staff, assign tasks, and ensure efficient performance by all team members. * Supervise that all merchandise is properly displayed in the sales area according to store visual standards. * Ability to operate on social media platforms and support the brand’s digital strategies. * Supervise proper organization and cleanliness of the store and warehouse. * Prepare staff work schedules, attendance records, and overtime tracking. * Analyze store sales and performance, implementing strategies to improve profitability. * Proficiency in cash register systems (opening, closing, reconciliation, cash counts, and cash reports). * Timely submission of all required reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Must be over 26 years old and reside in areas near Lince. * Full-time availability (not currently enrolled in studies). * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a retail store manager or supervisor. * Passion or strong interest in home goods and interior decoration. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday (with one day off per week). * Shift hours between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. * Experience managing people and achieving KPIs (team size exceeding 10 individuals). * No prior application process with our company.
