This is an on-site, full-time position for a **Store Manager**, located in ARENALES. The person in this role will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, managing and leading the workforce, consistently delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Additional responsibilities include implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, monitoring store performance, and maintaining an orderly, clean, and organized environment. Requirements and Qualifications * Strong customer service and satisfaction skills, with the ability to deliver a positive shopping experience. * Experience in people management and effective communication to successfully lead and motivate a team. * Knowledge of inventory management to ensure product availability and minimize stock discrepancies. * High organizational and problem-solving abilities to efficiently address operational challenges. * Prior experience in retail or store management is highly valued. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules according to business needs.
