On behalf of our client—a leading retail company—we are searching for a Store Manager for Trujillo, requiring solid commercial experience, team leadership, and comprehensive store management expertise. We seek an individual with strong commercial energy, results orientation, ability to quickly assess customer needs, and sound operational judgment to ensure a brand-aligned customer service experience. **Job Mission** Lead commercial, operational, and administrative management of the store, ensuring achievement of sales, service, operational efficiency, and team development objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead commercial, operational, and administrative management of the store, with focus on sales, service, and efficiency. * Achieve store commercial targets, with daily progress tracking and timely corrective actions. * Monitor key performance indicators such as average transaction value, units per transaction, conversion rate, quota attainment, and team productivity. * Drive floor sales, support the team, identify commercial opportunities, and reinforce sales closures. * Lead, motivate, and develop the store team, ensuring commercial energy, discipline, and results focus. * Schedule shifts, breaks, and responsibilities to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. * Ensure the team is knowledgeable about products, campaigns, promotions, and brand sales arguments. * Conduct individual performance follow-ups with the team and execute feedback, reinforcement, or corrective actions. * Guarantee a brand-aligned customer service experience and resolve incidents with sound judgment. * Maintain store orderliness, cleanliness, proper product display, and timely restocking. * Supervise merchandise receipt, verifying quantities, condition, documentation, and in-store placement. * Manage inter-store merchandise transfers based on rotation, available stock, and commercial needs. * Supervise returns, ensuring compliance with procedures and accurate documentation. * Control inventory levels, minimizing stockouts, discrepancies, losses, or operational errors. * Analyze product turnover and propose actions to improve availability, display, and sales. * Coordinate with internal departments on commercial, logistics, administrative, and people management matters. * Report sales results, KPIs, team performance, incidents, and improvement opportunities. **Requirements** * Prior experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Store Supervisor, Deputy Store Manager, or similar roles in retail. * Experience with high-turnover brands, department stores, fashion, footwear, accessories, technology, beauty, sports, or other retail formats. * Experience leading in-store commercial teams. * Proficiency in retail commercial and operational KPIs. * Ability to work under demanding targets, high customer traffic, and rotating schedules. * Availability to work on-site in Trujillo. * Technical or university education in Administration, Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, or related fields—desirable but not mandatory. **Job Conditions** * Location: Trujillo (Mall Plaza) * Work Mode: On-site. * Working Hours: Retail schedule with rotating shifts. * Employment Type: Payroll-based employment. * Compensation aligned with market standards.
