




Job Summary: Hotel requires a Hospitality and Tourism graduate to join its staff, responsible for guest services, managing calls, and coordinating various hotel operations. Key Requirements: 1. Advanced English (mandatory) A hotel company seeks to hire a Hospitality and Tourism graduate for its team: * Completed studies in Hospitality and Tourism. * Minimum of 1 year of work experience in this position. * Customer service experience (preferred). * Advanced English (mandatory) * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Proficiency in the OPERA system ***Responsibilities:*** * Answer telephone calls, adhering to the standard of answering by the third ring. * Provide Guest Service support by directly handling guest calls regarding laundry service, room cleaning, equipment repairs, among others; promptly and diligently reporting to the relevant department and following up on each request to ensure completion. * Handle Room Service calls and coordinate with the assigned waiter to serve guests during the night shift. * Report any emergency via radio to the Security Department using the Fire Alarm Panel and/or Elevator systems. * Record outgoing calls made by our guests, posting those calls that incur charges. * Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by the immediate supervisor. * Minimum of 1 year of work experience in this position. * Customer service experience (preferred). * Advanced English (mandatory) * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Proficiency in the OPERA system ***Benefits:*** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Benefits in accordance with applicable law. * Point-based compensation. * Meal allowance.
