Skill development in bar and cafeteria operations. **HOTELES NOBILITY** **Waiter/Waitress** **Responsibilities:** * Food and beverage service during breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner (rotating shifts) * Attend events held at the hotel. * Present and recommend menu items (dishes, beverages, etc.) to guests. * Prepare mise\-en\-place for sales points. * Maintain order of tableware, glassware, and cutlery. * Present bills and collect corresponding payments from guests. * Clean tables, chairs, trays, etc. * Inspect dishes to ensure they match guest orders before delivering them to the table. * Serve all our guests with a spirit of hospitality, aiming to satisfy their needs by delivering a memorable service. * Perform all duties inherent to the position and those assigned by the immediate supervisor. \* **Requirements:** * Technical and/or university education * Knowledge and experience in bar and cafeteria operations * Intermediate level of English proficiency * Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts * Competencies: * \- Coordinate activities required for event operations. * \- Customer orientation, complaint handling, and problem resolution * \- Planning and organization * \- Proactivity, responsibility, honesty, and flexibility * \- Results orientation * \- Collaborative teamwork * \- Analytical thinking **Minimum Experience:** 1 year in a similar role in hotels or restaurants * Academic background: technical/university degree in hospitality and tourism or related fields. * Experience: 1 year (Desirable) * Employment type: Full-time * Languages: English: Intermediate and/or advanced. * Shift availability: * Day shift (Desirable) Night shift (Desirable) Early-morning shift (Desirable) Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
