Lunch covered by the company **GRUPO VENTURA PERU SAC** **Job Description**: We seek to incorporate into our team a professional responsible for efficiently managing dispatch and warehousing operations, ensuring proper receipt, organization, and distribution of goods, and maintaining accurate inventory records. **Responsibilities**: * Receiving and inspecting incoming products, verifying compliance with purchase orders. * Proper organization and storage of goods in the warehouse. * Preparing and dispatching orders according to customer requests. * Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating management systems. * Issuing invoices and shipping guides prior to order dispatch. * Collaborating with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and receipts. * Complying with established safety regulations and operational procedures. **Requirements**: * Technical diploma or completed university studies in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar warehouse or dispatch roles. * Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and computer tools. * Ability to lift and move loads in accordance with safety regulations. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * **Valid driver's license (mandatory).** * Availability to work rotating shifts if required. **We Offer**: * Employment contract compliant with Peruvian labor legislation. * Competitive remuneration and statutory benefits. * Opportunities for development and continuous training. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Lunch covered by the company. * Working hours: Monday to Friday Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
