Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Auditor to lead field teams, focused on quality control, compliance, and continuous improvement, with a leadership, supervisory, and standards-assurance role. We are currently recruiting: **Company:** Incognitto – www.incognitto.com **Work Mode:** On-site (Metropolitan Lima) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.** (No work on Saturdays) **Hiring Timeline:** **Immediate** **Age Requirement:** 28 to 55 years old **Payroll Type:** **MYPE (Small Business)** – benefits as per law **Salary:** **S/ 3,500 – S/ 4,000** (based on experience and evaluation) Role Focus (Senior / Non-Operational) We seek a Senior Auditor with **proven experience** leading field teams, focused on **quality control, compliance, and continuous improvement**. This role is **not centered on mass execution of visits**, but rather on **leadership, supervision, and assurance** of standards. Main Responsibilities * **Lead** and coordinate a team of field auditors/surveyors (assignment, tracking, coaching, and control). * Design/optimize **routes, scheduling, and coverage**, ensuring productivity and quality. * Ensure **protocol compliance** and consistency of evidence (checklists, photos, supporting documents). * Conduct **control audits** (sampling) and validations to ensure reliability. * Prepare **executive reports**: critical findings, trends, regional gaps, action plans, and responsible parties. * Implement and monitor **KPIs** (compliance, rework, timelines, evidence quality). * Coordinate directly with Management/Operations for closures, incident escalation, and process improvements. Requirements (Proven Experience) * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in field auditing/supervision or operations (retail, services, consulting, surveys, quality control, or related fields). * **Team management experience** (mandatory): real-world field leadership and ability to enforce standards. * Evidence of results: **achievements, metrics, employment references, or certifications**. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in **Excel / Google Sheets** (reporting, monitoring, metrics). * Availability for occasional travel (not part of daily operational routine).
