Your role will be pivotal in driving sales, ensuring correct product presentation, and strengthening the brand experience. **Professional Profile** * Technical studies in Barista training, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, preferably in cafés, restaurants, or high-traffic establishments. * Knowledge of extraction methods, preparation of hot and cold beverages, and food handling. * Experience in showcase management, product display, and suggestive selling is preferred. **Key Competencies** * Customer orientation. * Sales ability. * Attention to detail. * Operational agility. * Organization. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare hot and cold beverages according to established quality standards. * Operate and properly maintain coffee and bar equipment. * Manage correct product display, restocking, and rotation in the showcase. * Ensure cleanliness, order, and visual appeal of the bar and showcases. * Advise customers on beverages, products, and promotions. * Apply suggestive selling techniques to increase average transaction value. * Monitor basic inventory levels of bar supplies and displayed products. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and service protocols.
