




Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant to handle invoice issuance, registration, and tracking; support accounts receivable updates; and collaborate across various departments. Support in billing reports and reconciliations We are a company with over 10 years in the market, specializing in the import and distribution of disposable products. Currently, we are looking for a Billing Assistant to join our team. Main Responsibilities: · Issue invoices and print documents. (Submission to SUNAT) · Register invoices and supporting documents in the billing and accounting systems. · Verify accuracy of invoice information (customer details, amounts, taxes). · Track physical documentation. · Systematically archive invoices, sales receipts, shipping guides, credit notes, and sales settlements. · Support daily updating of accounts receivable (banks and petty cash). · Support daily recording and updating of bank deposits. · Prepare and submit weekly collections reports to the Administration and Finance Management, after prior coordination with your supervisor. · Record daily sales in the Starsoft system. · Control and archive billing documentation. · Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounting departments to ensure correct issuance of supporting documents. · Follow up on observed or rejected documents. · Support billing reports and reconciliations. · Prepare weekly and monthly reports on collections, outstanding debts, and customer delinquency—including delivery timelines—after prior coordination with your Collections Assistant. · Perform other duties assigned by the Accounting and Administration Manager, within the scope of your competence. Requirements: · Graduate or technical diploma in Accounting · Minimum 6 months of experience performing similar functions · Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency · Experience using the Starsoft system (Accounts Receivable, Cash, and Banking modules) Competencies: · Teamwork · Responsibility, reliability, and integrity · Assertive communication Benefits: · Formal employment under MYPE payroll regulations · Salary: S/.1,200 · Working hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Saturdays 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
