Job Summary: You will advise and persuade applicants to close commercial deals, manage databases, and support requests in the field of higher education. Key Highlights: 1. This opportunity is for you!* **✅ Your responsibilities:** · Apply relevant documentation to improve service quality and user support through virtual channels. · Carry out omnichannel admissions processes for academic programs according to institutional parameters and instructions. · Advise, inspire, persuade, and finalize commercial deals with applicants. · Support applicant/student requests. · Accurately categorize responses based on applicant feedback. · Manage databases (lead nurturing, remarketing, etc.) to achieve direct prospect contact via omnichannel commercial management. **✅ What we seek:** · **Academic background:** Technical or university degree in administrative or related fields (completed or incomplete). · **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in Sales Call Center (chat or telephone). · **Work modality:** On-site. · **Schedule:** Rotating shifts Monday to Saturday (Monday–Friday: 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.). · **Location:** Ayacucho. **✅ What we offer:** · Formal employment registration from day one. · Profit-sharing. · Performance bonus. · Training programs. · Access to discounts and/or scholarships for professional courses and degree programs. · Voluntary enrollment in EPS (Health Insurance Provider).
