Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Supervisor for the traditional channel in Chimbote, responsible for operational and commercial management of the branch, achievement of sales targets, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages branch opening and closing procedures, and reconciliation of cash and sales reports. 2. Controls order, cleanliness, security, and product inventory records. 3. Tracks sales targets and generates KPI reports. We are a group of companies dedicated to the marketing and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), operating in Peru for over 30 years. In this opportunity, we are seeking a Sales Supervisor for the traditional channel in the Chimbote area. Benefits: * Formal employment registration * Statutory life insurance * 12 monthly salaries + 2 bonuses + CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) + 30 days of vacation * Transportation allowance * Career development opportunities * Bi-weekly and monthly salary payments Requirements: READ CAREFULLY * Completed secondary education or technical and/or higher education * Age: 25 to 50 years * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG sector * Must reside in Chimbote or nearby areas * Positive attitude for teamwork, courteous demeanor, and eagerness to learn Responsibilities: READ CAREFULLY * Conduct branch opening and closing procedures. * Perform daily reconciliation of cash and sales reports, issue daily sales reports, and submit this information to the Administration and Finance Department. * Process special orders for certain customers or wholesalers, coordinating requests with the Operations Department. * Ensure the branch maintains optimal standards of order, cleanliness, and security. * Maintain records of expiring products at the branch, submitting this information periodically to the Sales Manager. * Keep branch staff documentation up to date (salaries, contracts, vacation records, etc.). * Achieve branch sales targets, maintaining daily tracking thereof. * Systematically generate KPI reports related to the branch: service level, sales, product turnover, shrinkage, etc. Interested candidates may send their CV to 987290687.
