Requirements * Graduates or final-year students (4th or 5th year) of Commercial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of applied statistics for research * Knowledge of research methodology and APA guidelines * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Knowledge of quantitative/qualitative research * Immediate availability / Part-time, Monday to Friday * Morning shift (7:15 AM to 12:15 PM) Responsibilities * Writing theoretical frameworks and problem statements. * Collecting and interpreting data and information. * Formulating, executing, and advising on each phase of the research process. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
