Responsible for leading the commercial strategy in the assigned area, identifying, generating and managing new business opportunities in the mining sector. Must establish and strengthen relationships with key clients, lead negotiation processes and ensure achievement of revenue targets. Main Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with current and potential clients. * Identify and generate new business opportunities in the mining sector. * Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and sustainability. * Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team to achieve established goals. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Analyze sales, market and performance data to propose improvements. * Prepare management reports and presentations for senior management. * Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or business development. * Essential experience in sales within the mining sector. * Desirable experience in pump sales or equipment related to the industry. * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * English desirable. * Existing client portfolio in large-scale mining is a plus. * Availability to travel Competencies * Leadership and results orientation. * Negotiation and effective communication skills. * Strategic thinking. * Adaptability and teamwork.
