Job Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate in Communications or Marketing with experience in social media management and photography sessions to support digital content strategy, creation, and analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital content strategy and planning development. 2. Multimedia content creation and social media management. 3. Impact analysis and advertising campaign proposal. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Final-year student or graduate in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience in similar roles managing social media and photography sessions for **advertising projects for companies or brands.** * **Social Media Platforms:** Proficiency in META platforms (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and the current digital ecosystem. * **Design and Editing Tools:** Basic proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) or, alternatively, advanced proficiency in online tools such as Canva and CapCut. * **Office Software:** Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills for metric report preparation. * **Availability:** 100% in-person work during standard office hours. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Strategy and Planning:** Develop the weekly content calendar for various social media platforms and support the development of the company’s digital visual identity. * **Content Creation:** Design and produce social media advertising assets. * **Fieldwork:** Conduct photography and video recording at shopping malls to generate dynamic content for our projects. * **Web Management:** Maintain the company’s corporate website up to date. * **Analysis and Campaign Planning:** Deliver reports (weekly or biweekly) on the impact of published content and formulate advertising investment proposals (Ads) to improve the reach of key posts. ***IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY*** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
