Send us your CV and join us. **Requirements:** ✅ **Academic background:** Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, or Marketing ✅ **Experience:** Minimum six (06\) months or one (01\) year as a Community Manager or in similar positions. ✅ **Technical knowledge:** * Proficiency in content creation, graphic design, and editing is desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition). **Responsibilities:** * Creation, recording, and starring in audiovisual content (reels, shorts, TikToks) to promote products. * Video and audio editing optimized for social media trends. * Design of advertising graphic assets and supporting visual content. * Monitoring messages and comments: receiving inquiries and strategically routing them to the sales or customer service department. * Planning and execution of content calendars. * Creation, configuration, and optimization of advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.). * Analysis of metrics and preparation of performance reports. * Continuous proposal of creative ideas, trends, and digital trends in which the brand can participate. * Execution of other related duties assigned by the department head. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive gross salary * Formal payroll registration with all statutory benefits This recruitment call applies to persons with disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 29973, the Law on Persons with Disabilities, and its Regulations.
