That’s living the Gallagher Way. **Description** Ensure control and monitoring of operational processes, guaranteeing timely renewal of products (general and human risks), efficient collection management, and coordination with internal teams. Lead the supervision of quotations and objective achievement, optimizing operations and enhancing the customer experience. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Monitor and track key processes to ensure goal attainment. * Coordinate strategic meetings and lead cross-functional communication to optimize operational management. * Supervise product and program renewals, ensuring continuity and identifying opportunities for improvement. * Manage payments and collections, maintaining operational efficiency. * Ensure a satisfying customer experience by resolving inquiries and guaranteeing service quality. * Track progress against commercial targets and report updates to management. * Coordinate trainings and events that strengthen the value proposition. * Supervise staff resources, permissions, and vacations to ensure operational continuity. * Promote team well-being and ensure completion of mandatory trainings. **About You** * Experience: 4 years of experience in managing and monitoring operational and commercial processes, cross-functional coordination, leadership in committees, supervision of renewals and collections, tracking of monthly and annual targets, client handling, inquiry resolution, and organization of trainings and events. Insurance industry experience is a plus. * Academic Background: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Tools: Intermediate MS Office and Power BI * Competencies: Leadership, people management, organization, effective communication, teamwork, attention to detail, decision-making, positive influence, conflict resolution.
