Ongoing training on microscopy equipment and digital pathology systems **Computer and Systems Engineer** **Job Description:** This role offers a unique professional development opportunity by integrating two core company areas into a single profile. The position is structured as follows: * **80% of your responsibilities** will be dedicated to professional growth in digital pathology IT systems, focusing on customer support and analysis of images obtained via optical microscopy. * **20% of your responsibilities** will be devoted to the management, support, and maintenance of corporate Information Technology (IT) systems. **Job Objective:** Deliver excellence in post-sales service through installation and training on microscopy equipment and digital pathology systems, while simultaneously ensuring continuous, secure, and integrated operation of the company’s key technological systems (ERP, CRM, Google Workspace, Field Service, and perimeter security). **Responsibilities and Duties:** **Digital Pathology and Post-Sales Service Area (80% of the role):** *(Training and Onboarding Provided by the Company)* * Provide direct, specialized customer support through our post-sales service. * Perform installation of dedicated systems for image capture using optical microscopy equipment. * Conduct end-user training and capacity building on digital pathology systems. **Corporate IT and Enterprise Systems Area (20% of the role):** * **ERP (SAP Business):** Administer and provide functional support for SAP (or another ERP), manage users, roles, workflows, document incidents, and coordinate solutions with external partners. * **CRM (Freshworks):** Administer the corporate CRM, generate reports, optimize sales pipelines, and train sales and service users. * **Google Workspace:** Manage account administration, access rights, and permissions; structure the corporate Drive; and implement security best practices. * **Field Service (Synchroteam):** Functionally administer the technical service platform, provide field team support, and improve operational workflows. * **Security and Firewall:** Perform basic corporate firewall administration, manage access and VPNs, monitor alerts, and coordinate with the external cybersecurity provider. * **IT Management:** Document departmental processes, propose operational improvements, and periodically report system status to General Management. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in similar positions, with proven experience administering the enterprise systems listed above (5 years is mandatory). * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred). * **Languages:** Proficiency in English (mandatory). * **Skills:** Ability to work in a structured and autonomous manner, accompanied by clear communication skills to effectively interact with customers and non-technical users. **Employment Conditions:** * **Contract Type:** Full-time permanent position. * **Work Location:** 100% on-site employment, both at the company premises and in the field.
