Your primary objective will be to advise potential customers, generate interest through product demonstrations, and ensure successful sales closure. Your main responsibilities will be: * **Proactive customer approach:** Identify and attract potential customers within the point of sale. * **Technical demonstration:** Conduct product trials (makeup, fragrances, or creams), explaining the benefits and unique selling points of our brands. * **Sales promotion:** Encourage cross-selling to increase the average transaction value. * **Management reporting:** Monitor stock levels of promoted products and report daily sales. * **Activations:** Participate in beauty-sector events or fairs representing the brand. What profile are we looking for? * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as a sales associate, brand promoter, or field sales representative (preferably in beauty or fast-moving consumer goods). * **Skills:** Aggressive commercial profile (results-oriented), excellent verbal fluency, and ability to work under sales target pressure. * **Knowledge:** Genuine interest in beauty and personal care trends. * **Attitude:** Proactive, charismatic, and highly resilient.
