Participate in local events, partnerships, and activations. **Join our team!** At **Global Go**, we are seeking talent for the position of **Credit Manager \- Huacho**; learn more about this job opportunity below: **What is the main challenge?** * Manage and develop the end-to-end motorcycle loan origination process, ensuring the opening and consolidation of new locations by identifying potential customers, assessing credit risk, and conducting post-sale follow-up, thereby securing a healthy and profitable portfolio for the company. **What will be your key responsibilities?** * Opening sales points * QR code management * Support to the sales force * Compile complete and accurate credit files in accordance with internal policies. * Coordinate with motorcycle agencies and local distributors. * Achieve the monthly sales plan set by the Commercial Management. * Participate in launch and promotional activities (local events, partnerships, activations). * Prepare management reports and loan origination performance reports. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years' experience** in **credit origination**, **financial sales**, or microfinance. * Intermediate Excel skills * Knowledge of **credit assessment** and customer verification. * Valid **driver's license** and willingness to **travel**. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Salary: S/ 2000 \+ transportation allowance \+ commissions.
