At Patty Pastelería — a family business with over 30 years in the industry — we are looking for cheerful, responsible, and service-driven individuals to join our team as Multifunctional Customer Service staff at our San Isidro store. We offer growth opportunities to lead teams and manage one of our branches. What will you do? \- Provide warm in-store, delivery, and app-based customer service. \- Process payments, perform cash reconciliation, and operate POS systems. \- Restock and display our products in showcases. \- Prepare coffee and cold beverages. \- Maintain store order, cleanliness, and good practices. What we look for in you: \- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (restaurants, cafés, or bakeries). \- Positive attitude, proactivity, honesty, and commitment. \- Knowledge of BPM and basic Excel skills. (If you have previously served as a store manager or supervisor, we will value this experience for leadership roles within Patty.)
