### **About the Position**
Within our organization, we seek an **Export Customs Liquidator**, responsible for managing the receipt and review of documentation, as well as the correct numbering and regularization of customs declarations corresponding to various outbound regimes.
This role plays a key part in ensuring export operations proceed correctly, promptly, and in accordance with current customs legislation and procedures established by competent authorities.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and review shipping instructions, bookings, certifications, and documentation related to export operations.
* Review and validate customs and commercial documentation according to current regulations.
* Accurately register and validate information in customs systems, including SINTAD.
* Perform numbering and regularization of export DAMs and other declarations requiring regularization.
* Monitor expiry dates of various outbound regimes, notifications, and related documentation.
* Prepare fines and manage corresponding processes in accordance with regulations.
* Stay updated on changes in legislation, customs procedures, and the sanctions schedule.
* Consult and manage information on platforms such as SUNAT and VUCE.
* Transmit RCEs when applicable.
* Track management indicators and contribute to achieving departmental KPIs.
* Identify improvement opportunities and propose processes to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
* Ensure compliance with legal and technical procedures applicable to customs services.
* Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in the liquidation team’s output.
* Participate in coordination meetings and activities with relevant departments.
* Maintain flexibility to work **rotating shifts**, as required by operational needs.
### **What We Are Looking For**
* Minimum 5 years’ prior experience in export customs liquidation or similar roles.
* Technical or professional education in International Trade, International Business, Administration, Customs, Logistics, or related fields.
* Knowledge of various outbound customs regimes.
* Familiarity with Peruvian customs legislation, SUNAT procedures, and the sanctions schedule.
* Proficiency in platforms and systems related to customs operations, ideally SINTAD, SUNAT, and VUCE.
* Analytical ability and attention to detail, especially in document review and data entry.
* Results-oriented mindset, adherence to deadlines, and service quality focus.
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic operational environment.
* Willingness to work rotating shifts.
