This role is designed for professionals seeking to deliver **high impact within a reduced working schedule**, tackling concrete and business-relevant problems. The position will actively contribute to designing and improving models that directly influence logistics and commercial operations, with emphasis on forecasting, optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Develop and enhance **demand forecasting models**. * Implement **logistics optimization solutions** (routing, picking, loading). * Analyze operational and commercial data to generate **actionable insights**. * Collaborate on deployment and maintenance of models on **Google Cloud Platform**, according to project scope. *The scope of responsibilities will align with a 4-hour daily schedule, prioritizing impact, focus, and efficiency.* Technical Requirements **Mandatory** * Advanced Python (Pandas, NumPy). * Experience in **applied Machine Learning** and/or **mathematical optimization**. * Advanced proficiency in **SQL**. * Prior experience working with business or operational data. **Preferred** * Familiarity with **Google OR-Tools**. * Experience in cloud environments, ideally **GCP**. * Technical English for reading documentation.
