Join us as a Heavy Machinery Electrician Technician at our **LURÍN** workshop. **What will be your mission?** Efficiently carry out assigned technical support tasks to execute preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment in the workshop. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Certified or graduated as an Electrician Technician, Heavy Machinery Maintenance Technician, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in electrical systems and heavy machinery maintenance. * Knowledge of Diesel engines, Hydraulic systems, Transmissions, Electrical systems, and others (Desirable). * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and health standards, procedures, and policies (Desirable). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct evaluations and repairs of equipment assigned by the workshop supervisor. * Evaluate and diagnose electrical components (starter, alternator, A/C compressors). * Prepare evaluation reports assigned by the supervisor. * Diagnose faults in equipment components and/or systems to define the maintenance process. * Accurately complete HPIs (Hourly Performance Indicators), in coordination with the lead technician. * Know and implement controls established in the Hazard Identification Matrix and Risk Assessment. * Submit daily man-hour reports based on activities performed during the work shift. * Notify the supervisor of any accidents or incidents occurring during the work shift. * Ensure proper care and maintenance of organizational resources (tools and diagnostic equipment). * Maintain order and cleanliness to ensure optimal safety conditions in the workshop. * Immediately report any unsafe acts or conditions identified to the immediate supervisor. * Immediately report any work-related incidents or accidents experienced by oneself or colleagues to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with organizational procedures, policies, and regulations. * Promote a culture of injury prevention among coworkers. * Perform other duties as assigned. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. * Career development path. * Commuter bus service.
