Job Summary: Engineering student to support the creation and management of manufacturing orders, update drawings, and ensure compliance with management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management standards **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Deliver control panel plates and stickers together with the Manufacturing Order (MO) to the Plant Manager. * Create product codes and project codes (budget number without version) in SAP, and email them to the respective sales personnel. * Create the Manufacturing Order (MO) according to the budget; before releasing it, verify the Accounts Receivable approval, which refers to the customer’s advance payment invoice. * Send an alert via SAP or email to the Procurement Department to initiate material procurement. * Update layout drawings and gather information to prepare the Quality Dossier, then deliver it to the respective Commercial Technical Advisor. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. * Comply with documentation requirements established by the Quality Management System. * Comply with documentation requirements established by the Environmental Management System. * Comply with documentation requirements established by the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Knowledge of AutoCAD. (Not mandatory) * Knowledge of SAP. (Not mandatory) * Ability to read electrical drawings.
