Position Summary: Provide comprehensive support in the operational and documentary management of export processes, ensuring compliance with legal, logistical, and commercial requirements, and coordinating with suppliers, customers, and authorities. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in exports and customs procedures. 2. Proficiency in the VUCE platform and intermediate Excel skills. 3. Coordination, follow-up, and attention to detail in operations. **Position Objective:** Provide comprehensive support in the operational and documentary management of export processes, ensuring compliance with legal, logistical, and commercial requirements, as well as proper coordination with suppliers, customers, and government entities. **Position Requirements** * University or technical graduate in **International Business**, Foreign Trade, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar roles related to exports. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Intermediate English proficiency (reading and drafting documents). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in the VUCE platform (mandatory). * Knowledge of export processes, customs documentation, and logistics. * Organizational ability, follow-up capability, and attention to detail. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. **Main Responsibilities** * Support operational activities required for merchandise export. * Track appointments for container pickup. * Coordinate and schedule cargo loading, appointments, and letter issuance with transportation providers. * Issue and coordinate CPB payments to SENASA. * Prepare and issue preliminary export matrices. * Enter the Verified Gross Mass (VGM) for shipments. * Issue BL / SWB according to customer instructions. * Monitor the regularization process of the DAM. * Support the issuance of Certificates of Origin and Export Phytosanitary Certificates. * Verify and review documentation required for export. * Perform daily tracking by Booking (BK) to confirm vessel departure dates. * Address and fulfill documentary requirements requested by supervisor.
