Job Summary: At SUMAC, we are seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee daily construction work execution, coordinate personnel, and ensure compliance with standards and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise daily construction work execution and coordinate operational personnel. 2. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and specification standards. 3. Manage and resolve technical issues on site and coordinate with specialized disciplines. SUMAC is currently seeking a Field Supervisor. Responsibilities: \- Supervise daily fieldwork execution, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and project schedule. \- Coordinate and direct operational personnel (technicians, workers, and subcontractors). \- Verify proper use of materials, equipment, and tools on site. \- Monitor physical progress of the project and report deviations to the project manager. \- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. \- Conduct quality inspections of completed activities. \- Manage and resolve technical issues or unforeseen events on site. \- Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.) to prevent interferences. \- Prepare daily/weekly progress, incident, and productivity reports. \- Control material deliveries and validate executed measurements. \- Participate in site meetings and follow up on agreed actions. \- Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures. Requirements: \- Licensed and registered Architect or Civil Engineer. \- Minimum 3 years of experience supervising commercial sector implementation projects. Proficiency in digital tools (**iAuditor, TCman, AutoCAD, Office**). \- Documented experience in the **retail sector** (shopping malls, department stores, restaurant chains, or similar operations).
