Discover the challenges awaiting you as a Financial Planning Coordinator: * Plan and control internal expense (OPEX) budgets, monitoring variances and optimization opportunities * Prepare, update, and project financial forecasts and plans, integrating operational and staffing variables * Manage projects and initiatives for process improvement in planning and control * Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and management indicators (KPIs) * Ensure data quality, consistency, and integration from systems and manual inputs * Coordinate with internal departments and internal clients for information gathering and validation * Monitor month-end and pre\-month-end closings by analyzing financial variances * Provide necessary resources for compliance with the crime prevention model and facilitate required information for MPD risk identification within the respective area. * Comply with, and ensure team compliance with, guidelines established in implemented and/or certified management systems. * Actively participate in the development, implementation, and improvement of management systems, and promote them within teams. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields * Knowledge of SAP ERP / ORACLE * Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and budgeting areas * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office * Advanced proficiency in Power BI * Intermediate level English proficiency **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
