Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Data Manager to analyze and optimize information, thereby improving decision-making and sales team efficiency to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and ensure the quality of commercial data 2. Analyze KPIs and prepare reports for decision-making 3. Identify opportunities for improvement in the commercial process We are looking for a **Commercial Data Manager**, responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing commercial information to improve decision-making, increase sales team efficiency, and contribute to achieving the clinic’s objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and ensure the quality of commercial data (sales, customers, and leads). * Analyze commercial KPIs and prepare reports for decision-making. * Design and automate dashboards and tracking reports. * Identify opportunities for improvement in the commercial process through data analysis. * Propose and implement improvements to tools and processes (CRM, automation, etc.). * Provide clear and timely commercial information support to the sales team. * Monitor KPIs and alert on deviations. * Train the team on tool usage and best practices for data management. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in roles related to data management, commercial back office, CRM, or information analysis. * Preferred experience in clinics, aesthetic centers, or companies with customer/patient management. **Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas, filters). * Experience with databases, CRM systems, or scheduling platforms. * Ability to interpret commercial reports (sales, leads, conversions). * Preferred knowledge of digital campaign metrics (Meta Ads or others). * Basic proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp Business, dashboards, etc.). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.10 \- S/.1\.20 per month Application Questions: * Are you available to work during the stated schedule? * Please detail your experience in this role.
