We are looking for a talented **host/hostess** to join our restaurant-bar at the prestigious **El Polo Shopping Center in Surco**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Reception and greeting: Welcome customers warmly and professionally upon entering the restaurant. * Reservation management: Efficiently handle and organize phone and online reservations. * Table assignment: Escort customers to their tables in an organized and fair manner. * Waitlist management: Manage the waitlist courteously and effectively during peak hours. * Coordination: Maintain smooth communication with dining room staff and management to ensure impeccable service. * Customer inquiries: Answer customer questions regarding the menu, venue, or any other concerns. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience as a host/hostess or in customer-facing roles at upscale restaurants. * **Interpersonal skills:** Excellent verbal communication, charisma, and ability to work under pressure. * **Presence and professionalism:** Strong personal presentation and proactive attitude. * **Organization:** Ability to multitask and maintain control over customer flow. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.
