Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative-Commercial and Tender Intern to provide support in administrative, commercial, and documentation management. Key Highlights: 1. Support in organizing and archiving key documents. 2. Collaboration in preparing quotations and customer follow-up. 3. Participation in tender processes and coordination of technical services. Energía y Mantenimiento Diésel (EMD) requires an Administrative-Commercial and Tender Intern to support administrative, commercial, and documentation management, contributing to operational order, customer follow-up, coordination of technical services, and support in state contracting processes. Key responsibilities include supporting the organization and archiving of documents (quotations, service orders, invoices), preparing and sending basic quotations, following up with prospective and existing customers, coordinating technical services, updating databases, supporting the identification of opportunities on platforms such as SEACE/OSCE, organizing tender documentation (letters, technical specifications, declarations), and assisting with basic equipment control and inventory management. The ideal candidate is a final-year student or recent graduate in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with basic-to-intermediate Excel skills, strong writing and communication abilities. Desired competencies include organization, responsibility, proactivity, learning ability, and results orientation. Performance will be measured based on support provided in quotations, customer follow-up, document organization level, task completion, and participation in tender processes, with growth potential toward administrative, commercial, or tender management roles within the company.
