Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer with a strong technical foundation, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to build, solve problems, and make technical decisions in SaaS real estate technology—developing complete products and embracing challenges. Key Highlights: 1. Build and evolve SaaS products for the real estate sector. 2. Develop new technological solutions and automate processes. 3. An engineer who builds technological products, not just executes tasks. SaaS \| Real Estate Technology \| Product We are building proprietary technology to transform how the real estate sector operates. Currently, we have a **CRM and a production-ready SaaS platform**, with infrastructure deployed on **AWS and Hetzner**, and we are looking for a professional eager to deeply engage in product development and evolution. What We’re Looking For: A person with a strong technical foundation, results-oriented mindset, and capable of **building, solving problems, and making technical decisions**. Ideally a graduate or undergraduate from **UNI**, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. Current Tech Stack: * React * PostgreSQL * Hetzner VPS * AWS * APIs and integrations * SaaS architecture * Internally developed CRM * Infrastructure deployment and administration We do not seek someone who merely knows the stack. **We seek someone who understands how to build complete products.** The Challenge We aim to develop new technological products for the real estate sector, especially in: * Rental and property management. * Software for real estate companies. * Commercial process automation. * New SaaS solutions. * Data-driven integrations and tools. What We Expect From You: * Logical thinking and strong problem-solving ability. * Ability to work autonomously. * Absolute orientation toward results. * Ability to understand a business problem and translate it into a technological solution. * Sound judgment regarding architecture and scalability. * Ability to work directly on production systems. * Enthusiasm for building products—not just writing code.
