We are currently seeking an Inside Sales FCL professional to fill a temporary vacancy. If you have experience in the logistics and commercial sectors, and are passionate about delivering customer solutions, this is an excellent opportunity to join our team during this period. What will be your mission? Provide commercial management support by preparing quotations, following up with customers, and negotiating with suppliers—contributing to operational continuity and achieving commercial objectives during the temporary coverage of this position. **Responsibilities** * Prepare, send, and follow up on FCL service quotations and re-quotations within established timeframes. * Conduct commercial calls and maintain ongoing customer follow-up to identify business opportunities and strengthen commercial relationships. * Analyze customer requirements and propose service alternatives aligned with their operational and commercial needs. * Enter and update rates, surcharges, commercial terms, and negotiations into the relevant systems. * Manage and administer your customer portfolio, driving activation, retention, and reactivation of inactive accounts. * Coordinate with shipping lines and agents to negotiate rates, space, equipment, and special conditions to optimize costs and profitability. * Prepare quotation, contact, booking, and commercial performance reports for managerial review. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or university graduate in International Business Administration and/or International Trade. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Inside Sales professional at international freight forwarders. * On-site work modality. * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. **Skills** : Organization and Time Management Commercial Follow-up (Pipeline / Quotations) Collaborative Work Customer Orientation Problem Solving Adaptability **Additional Information** What we offer: * Meal allowance starting from the fourth month, with annual incremental increases per company policy. * Access to a discount platform for education and leisure establishments. * Psychological counseling services and wellness programs. * Occupational medical monitoring. * Birthday leave day.
