




INTERN IN ADMINISTRATION Job Description We are currently seeking committed and motivated talent interested in joining our team to carry out their professional internships in the Administration area at a well-known Marketing and Communications Agency. Who is our ideal candidate? * Student enrolled in an institute or university program in Administration or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word) at the user level. * Knowledge of document preparation. (NOT MANDATORY). * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing. * Empathetic, organized profile with a collaborative work orientation. * On-site modality. * Preferably residing in areas near San Juan de Lurigancho. What will you be doing? * Coordination and management of meetings, as well as follow-up on ongoing tasks and projects, ensuring clear, complete, and timely information delivery. * Preparation, handling, and control of commercial documents such as invoices, receipts, shipping guides, among others. * Identification of commercial opportunities through appropriate use of platforms such as OSCE and ASCE. * Execution of corresponding follow-up on accounts receivable and payable. * Support in other functions assigned by your immediate supervisor, according to departmental needs.
