Job Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate in Systems Engineering to support technical support, equipment maintenance, and network management. Key Highlights: 1. Management of networks, servers, and internal systems **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the identification of opportunities for improvement in processes and projects. * Provide basic technical support to users (hardware and software). * Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computing equipment. * Support the management of networks, servers, and internal systems. * Support basic preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment. * Support inventory control of equipment and technological assets. * Other duties assigned by the department. **Requirements:** * Student in final semesters or graduate of Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computing and Informatics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge in: * Technical support * Networks (basic level) * Windows operating systems * Microsoft Office * Knowledge of databases or programming is desirable. **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Responsibility * Assertive communication. **We Offer:** * FOLA insurance. * Financial subsidy. * Half financial subsidy every 6 months of continuous internships. * 15 days of subsidized leave after 12 consecutive months of internships.
