We are currently seeking a professional who wishes to join our team and contribute to strengthening and expanding our commercial management at Grupo La Carbonera EIRL. **Position:** **Commercial Area Supervisor** **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise commercial area activities. * Manage and track sales, quotations, and customer portfolio. * Coordinate with production and logistics to fulfill orders. * Design commercial strategies to increase sales and acquire new customers. * Analyze commercial indicators and prepare performance reports. * Supervise customer service and ensure high-quality service. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial or sales areas (industrial sector experience preferred). * Proficiency in commercial management tools and Excel. * Leadership, negotiation, and results-oriented skills. * Proactivity, effective communication, and teamwork abilities. **Working Conditions:** * **Work Location:** Surco * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Payroll inclusion** subject to evaluation * **Pleasant work environment** * **Position Type:** Full-time Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
