Job Summary: A leading company in the sanitation and construction sectors is seeking a Warehouse Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate procurement, replenishment, storage, and distribution of materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the warehouse team and optimize distribution processes. 2. Manage inventory and ensure logistical efficiency. 3. Propose and implement improvements in storage processes. **A leading company in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of products for potable water conveyance in the sanitation and construction sectors** requires a **Warehouse Manager** for its **ATE BRANCH**. **OBJECTIVE** * Plan, direct, and coordinate procurement, replenishment, storage, and distribution activities for the company's materials and products within a framework of efficiency and safety. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; specialization in warehousing and/or logistics is desirable. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouses within the hardware retail, commercial, and/or distribution sectors. Experience managing warehouses of approximately 850 m² across two levels with racks and electric forklifts is desirable. * Proficiency in data handling to support process-based information management. **REPORTS TO** * General Manager. **DIRECT REPORTS** * Team of 7–8 people (Assistants and Operators). **KEY RELATIONSHIPS** * Administrative Department. * Commercial Department. * Suppliers. **FUNCTIONS** * Supervise, guide, and assign responsibilities to warehouse operators (e.g., storage tasks, order preparation, cleaning, etc.). * Evaluate the performance of each team member. * Conduct daily supervision of the work team and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Prioritize safety by developing a risk prevention and maintenance plan aligned with operational tasks and the nature of facilities and assets. * Optimize warehouse performance: assess pallet and shelving conditions; verify suitability of forklifts and load units on racks; and correct operator handling maneuvers. * Lead receiving (containers), picking, and dispatch operations—planning required steps and ensuring compliance. Also responsible for decision-making in case of unforeseen situations. * Inventory control: track goods, coordinate with and inform the Purchasing Department regarding minimum stock replenishments, and prevent stockouts. * Route and delivery scheduling: optimize, organize, and guarantee merchandise flow; analyze and improve all distribution and product delivery processes. * Propose, structure, and implement improvements in storage processes. * Achieve objectives related to efficiency and logistics. * Stock control via warehousing systems and demand forecasting based on Commercial Department inputs, ensuring proper replenishment and continuous flow. Includes preservation, storage, and replenishment. * Control of distribution to various delivery points or end customers. Supervise shipments and track orders (distribution and transportation). * Address internal and/or external customer concerns or issues related to products or shipments. * Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments. * Optimize transportation: enhance efficiency by reducing costs, delivery timelines, and delivery routes. * Supervise appropriate and efficient service to both walk-in customers and those receiving deliveries at their operational branches. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Standard employment contract with all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacations). * Positive work environment. * Professional growth opportunities. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **BRANCH LOCATION REFERENCE** * Area adjacent to the Monterrico Toll Plaza \- ATE.
