Real Estate Company: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Architecture professional. * Advanced AutoCAD skills. * Minimum 4 years of experience supervising finishing works and managing after-sales services for real estate projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage property handover by conducting thorough inspections of finishing works and formalizing a technical observations report. * Coordinate with sales, finance, and construction departments to prepare the closing file and all necessary documentation for property handover to the owner. * Manage customer service by preparing the observation sheet and the acceptance certificate upon completion of works. * Maintain proactive client engagement, facilitating ongoing work progress tracking and optimizing response times to any identified needs.
