Join RUMI! **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduates or degree holders in Architecture or related fields. * More than 2 years of experience in the real estate sector. * Project management experience in real estate. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD. * Knowledge of building regulations. * Familiarity with SketchUp and Photoshop (preferred) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Review project technical specifications. * Coordinate with various on-site work teams. * Develop detailed drawings and review commercial packages for assigned projects. * Supervise construction work. * Manage change request forms with respective departments. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
