**Key Responsibilities:**
* Understand and evaluate terms of reference, identify all requirements and degree of compliance in business opportunities to confirm eligibility to participate in the bidding process.
* Convene stakeholders and conduct Go/No-Go assessments.
* Establish proposal timelines and milestones.
* Manage due diligence and financial evaluation of Clients and/or potential partners.
* Review and coordinate deliverables requested by support departments (technical, financial, legal, risk, among others).
* Coordinate with the Risk Department on risk identification and evaluation processes.
* Review commercial aspects of proposals.
* Manage required commercial and legal documentation.
* Conduct quality control of all issued documents.
* Manage the approval process.
* Manage changes and revisions to proposals.
* Track submitted proposals.
* Participate in weekly/monthly coordination meetings.
* Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in assigned activities, among others.
**Professional Background:**
* Graduate of Technical Administration or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil, or related Engineering programs.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles or functions related to proposals and/or commercial areas.
* Experience preparing bidding proposals for consultancy and/or projects in mining, energy, and industrial sectors.
* Experience reviewing budgets.
* Proficiency in computer systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SharePoint; CRM).
* Knowledge of bidding processes and document management.
* Strong writing skills and ability to handle formal documents.
* Analytical capability.
* Organization and planning skills.
* Effective communication.

* Availability to work in a Hybrid mode (Miraflores offices).
