Opportunity for professional growth **JOIN OUR TEAM** We are looking for a **Junior Sales Representative – Projects Channel**, interested in developing B2B sales expertise in the construction and real estate sectors, with a proactive attitude, commercial orientation, and eagerness to grow professionally. **Job Objective** Support the development and management of the Projects Channel by contributing to the achievement of commercial targets through customer prospecting, opportunity follow-up, and support in closing sales. **Academic Qualifications** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic ability to read blueprints (preferred). **Required Experience** * Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C). * Prior experience in construction, real estate, or related industries is preferred. * Interest in developing technical sales and project management skills. * Strong communication, negotiation, and fast-learning abilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in prospecting and acquiring new customers. * Follow up on commercial opportunities. * Support preparation of quotations. * Coordinate with commercial and technical teams. * Accompany project follow-up through to closure. * Achieve assigned commercial objectives. **Apply and Grow With Us!** * WhatsApp: 986 609 396 * Plant Address: Block B, Lot 15, La Concordia Cooperative Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Questions: * The salary range for this position is S/ 1130 to S/ 1800\.
