JOB DESCRIPTION A prominent agro-industry company is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Logistics Manager with the following responsibilities: * Plan and ensure efficient procurement and distribution of goods and services. * Direct procurement processes, supplier selection, and negotiations. * Supervise storage, inventory control, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO). * Manage transportation of raw materials and finished products, optimizing costs and routes. * Monitor logistics KPIs (on-time deliveries, inventory turnover, order fulfillment, quality, safety). * Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments to ensure operational continuity. * Organize physical inventory counts and warehouse controls. * Lead the logistics team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. * Manage budgets and propose process improvements. * Perform other duties assigned by the Administration and Finance Management. REQUIREMENTS * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * **Specialization:** Procurement, logistics, supply chain management (SCM), KPIs, transportation, and international trade. * **Knowledge:** Safety and storage standards (BPA, BPM, HACCP) and advanced Excel. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in similar roles, preferably within agro-industrial, industrial, or distribution companies.
