Job Summary: We are seeking an organized Logistics Coordinator to manage the procurement of goods and services, the procurement chain, supplier negotiations, inventory control, and imports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure efficient supply of goods and services for projects. 2. Negotiate with suppliers and manage the procurement chain. 3. Manage inventory and coordinate imports and transportation. We are currently looking for a talented and organized **Logistics Coordinator** to join our team. **What will be your main challenge?** Ensure proper supply of goods and services for the company’s operations and projects by efficiently managing the procurement chain, supplier negotiations, inventory control, and imports, in accordance with our Integrated Management System (IMS) standards. **What are we looking for? (Requirements)** * **Education:** University graduate in **Accounting, International Business, Administration**, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years of proven experience in procurement** and supplier management. * **Training:** Specialized or updating courses in **Logistics / Supply Chain**. * **Tools:** Proficiency in **Microsoft Office at intermediate to advanced level**. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Procure goods and services required by the company’s processes according to established procedures. * Negotiate prices, commercial terms, credit conditions, and payment deadlines with suppliers to optimize cash flow. * Clarify end-user queries regarding specifications of goods or services prior to requesting quotations. * Maintain updated supplier database and active contracts. * Ensure inventory control by verifying the status of tools, accessories, technological equipment, and PPE, aligned with operational forecasts. * Coordinate equipment transportation for each operation across the company’s various projects. * Issue and track import purchase orders, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines. * Coordinate air or sea shipments and perform end-to-end logistics tracking until final receipt. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Opportunities for growth and career development. * Excellent work environment and continuous learning culture.
