Join Nexa and be part of mining that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Supervise concentrate receipt and sulfuric acid dispatch, among other by-products. * Monitor physical and system-based inventories of by-products under your responsibility. * Coordinate with Production, Laboratory, PCP, Commercial, and Transportation teams to ensure timely material availability and dispatch. * Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during operations. * Monitor operational KPIs, report deviations, and ensure product traceability. * Lead assigned operational staff during the shift. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, warehousing, or material dispatch within mining, metallurgy, or heavy industry. * Experience in inventory management. * Experience supervising operational staff and contractors. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Knowledge of hazardous goods transportation regulations. * SAP (advanced level). * Microsoft Excel (advanced level). * Power BI (advanced level). * **Desirable:** * Driver’s license A\-I * Knowledge of metallurgical processes related to concentrates and by-products. * Experience using Artificial Intelligence solutions, Power BI, and automation tools to optimize logistics processes, inventory control, and operations management. **Additional Information** * Work Location: Cajamarquilla * Work Modality: On-site / rotating At NEXA, we operate in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
