Maintenance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Maintenance Manager to lead inspections, supervise technical reports, manage KPIs, and evaluate customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages technical reports and service KPIs. 2. Evaluates customer satisfaction for improvement plans. 3. Develops technical forms and testing protocols. We are looking for a Maintenance Manager who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** \- Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Electromechanical, or Electronic Engineering (or related fields), with professional licensing. \- Academic background and/or knowledge in Engineering or technical disciplines focused on industrial equipment maintenance. \- Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint at intermediate level). \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in this role or similar positions. \- Committed to continuous personal and team performance improvement. **Responsibilities:** \- Reviews and advises on inspections for equipment installation, preventive and corrective maintenance. \- Supervises and manages the preparation of technical reports for clients and/or suppliers. \- Develops, evaluates, and analyzes KPIs related to service management and process control. \- Reviews load schedules and equipment technical specifications together with the Projects Department. \- Analyzes customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and incorporates them into the training plan. \- Develops and evaluates technical forms required by the company (e.g., testing protocols, equipment inspection checklists for installation or maintenance, work procedures, and any other applicable forms). \- Tracks customer requirements and needs, and reports them to Management. \- Conducts inspections at new client sites to prepare an economic proposal for a maintenance plan. **Benefits:** \- Salary payments on the 15th and 30th of each month. \- Birthday bonus. \- Full social benefits. \- Career development path. \- Positive work environment. **Work Schedule:** 14 X 7 Willingness to travel to mining sites. **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and empathetic interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Discretion and responsible handling of confidential information.
